Thank you for shopping with Adorned Collectives. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Processing Times
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.
Please note that processing times exclude weekends and New Zealand public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with NZ Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimated once your parcel has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location within New Zealand.
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather events or peak shipping periods.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Adorned Collectives cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed, has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@adornedcollectives.com.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging (if applicable)
We'll work with you and NZ Post to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Please do not dispose of any damaged items or packaging until we've had the opportunity to assess your claim, as this may be required for a courier investigation.
