At Adorned Collectives, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing every order. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@adornedcollectives.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the item and, where applicable, the packaging.

We'll assess your claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items that are not returned in their original condition or packaging.
  • Change-of-mind returns received more than 7 days after delivery.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@adornedcollectives.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for your return.
  • Photos of the item if it is faulty or damaged.

We'll provide you with the next steps and return instructions.
